Who are we?
What do we do?
The parental leave team handles all parental leave at UiO.
- We summon a meeting where we guide the employee and manager regarding applicable regulations before the parental leave is agreed.
- We assist the employee in completing the application form for NAV and follow up the case at UiO until the parental leave has been terminated.
- We have a coordinating role between employee, employer and NAV.
Who can contact us?
- All employees who are to take parental leave must notify us through the online form.
- Employees, managers and personnel officers who have questions related to parental leave, parental benefits and pertaining regulations may send inquiries to foreldrepermisjon@admin.uio.no.
