About
I hold an MA in Ethnomusicology / Cultural Anthropology from the University of Athens (NKUA), with an additional background both in western classical music and in Greek traditional/folk music and dance.
I am passionate about investigating various aspects of traditional and popular music around the world as well as the interplay between music, dance and culture.
My current PhD project is centered on ethnographic accounts of music-dance with emphasis on rhythm and microrhythm.
