Background


She completed her BA in mathematics education, also she studied theater and performing arts. She finished her master’s degree working on kinesthetic aspect of aesthetic experience in theatre for young audience (TYA) at Ankara University Theatre Department. She finished her PhD at the same department and focused on acting phenomena from an enactive perspective. Also, she studied physical theatre in Copenhagen and Laban/Bartenieff Movement Studies in Berlin. Recently, she completed two years EU funded Choreomundus - International Master in Dance Knowledge, Practice, and Heritage program, which is run by four universities University of Clermont Auvergne, France; Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Norway; University of Szeged, Hungary; University of Roehampton, United Kingdom. In her latest research, she worked on the digitalization of movement experience in hybrid format class setting through ethnographical methodologies within the Choreomundus program.Now, she works as a post-doc researcher in the AMBIENT project at RITMO Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies in Rhythm, Time and Motion at the University of Oslo.
