Stephen Mason is a barrister and an Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in London.
He is the general editor of two books on electronic evidence: Electronic Evidence (now in its 3rd edition) and International Electronic Evidence with chapters written by legal scholars from 45 jurisdictions including the European Union.
He is the editor of the international journal Digital Evidence and Electronic Signature Law Review, now in its 10th year, and the author of Electronic Signatures in Law (now in its 3rd edition) and Electronic Banking: Protecting Your Rights.
