Alle som møter til ordinær eksamen i IN3050/4050, vil få mulighet til å melde seg til konteeksamen i januar, både om man stryker eller består den ordinære eksamenen. Alle får altså to forsøk på eksamen i emnet. Man vil ikke bruke mer enn ett eksamensforsøk til sammen, og det er beste karakter som blir stående. Instituttet har innført dette som et ekstraordinært unntak kun dette semesteret.
De som får innvilget gyldig fravær fra ordinær eksamen, kan melde seg til utsatt eksamen i januar som vanlig. Ellers er det samme krav for å kvalifisere til konteeksamen som til vanlig: https://www.uio.no/studier/eksamen/ny-eksamen/mn.html.
Det blir sendt ut e-post fra MN-fakultetet med informasjon om oppmelding til utsatt/ny eksamen i slutten av semesteret.

Hi, we will still have group sessions next week, hold in the OJD Computer Room (Chill) at the following times:
Monday: 12:15–14:00
Tuesday: 10:15–12:00
Wednesday: 10:15–12:00 and 14:15–16:00
You are welcome to review the exam examples or weekly code solutions beforehand and bring any questions to the sessions.

The deadline is 30 October at 23:59. If needed, you may apply for a 3-day extension. Please email all TAs or write to us on Mattermost, do not request through Devirly. You will receive an email confirmation once your extension request has been approved.
Please submit your assignment through [Devilry](https://devilry.ifi.uio.no/).
Next week, there will be no group sessions. However, between 27 and 29 October, the TAs will be in group sessions to help you with any questions related to Assignment 2. In the meantime, feel free to post your questions in the Mattermost channel or contact us via email.

Assignment 1 has been published in the GitHub repository IN3050_IN4050-public/assignment1 (main branch): ziyuzh/IN3050_IN4050-public. You can also find the same folder on the course page Mandatory Assignments – Universitetet i Oslo.
The deadline is 9 October at 23:59. If needed, you may apply for an extension — the extended deadline is 13 October at 23:59. You will receive an email confirmation once your extension request is approved.
