Arrangementssiden:

Dear all,

The lecture topic and length have been updated for November 2nd. We will have a one-hour lecture on AI in agile teams and large-scale organizations.

The second hour will be free for you to work on Deliverable 3.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the guest lecturer could not attend the lecture today, so the physical lecture will not take place. Instead, we provide last year’s lecture recording as replacement (see material in the course material).

Dear all,

several of you have requested to get the relevant curriculum listed for each lecture. However, there are only some lectures where the curriculum is directly related. These five research papers are now listed for the relevant lectures in the timetable in TP. Some lectures do not have additional curriculum, if so, the slides are the main curriculum for that lecture.

Additionally, the whole Meyer book is curriculum. It meant to provide context and reflection for the course as a whole. It is especially relevant for agile practices and processes and process improvement reflections. You can read it whenever it suits you.

As a general rule, the lecture and the related slides are what guides the exam. We will not ask about details from the Meyer book that has not been covered in the lectures. For example, some of the more dated agile methods mentioned there (e.g., Crystal) that has not been mention in the lecture is not relevant ...

Hi all,

We still need 4 POs for the project. This is quite urgent. Send an email to Isabelle if interested: isabelrl@ifi.uio.no

PO is a very interesting and fun role, and the teachers will help you along the project so you'll not be on your own.

I forgot to start the video recording after the break, so I've uploaded the recording from last year to cover the second half of the lecture. Note that some slides are then not covered, and slides 37 and 38 have been slightly modified this year, and slide 63 is new. To illustrate the topic of process improvement, I'll stop putting the recording on "pause" during the break to prevent the negative consequences of forgetting to start the recording after the break :-)
