Heads up about registering for the upcoming project presentations / exam

Dear all,

This is just a heads up that we will publish a link for groups to register a time slot for the final oral exam on Wednesday this week. Stay tuned!

The actual group presentations / oral exams are on December 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, between 09:00 and 15:30. It will be a "first come, first served" registration, which means that groups that register early can pick any available time slot, and the groups that register late will have few, if any, choices.  

We advise groups that have members with a busy schedule to have a conversation within the group before we publish the link on Wednesday, so that you can register early.
