TF9017 – Presentation seminar

Course content

The course focuses on how to present your research to an academic audience, among your colleagues in the research group, at an international conference in your field and to a wider audience. Presenting research is a good occasion for getting feedback on your work and discussing it publicly. This course is also a training in giving such feedback to others and assessing their presentations. The maestro/maestra seminar represents a substantial evaluation and discussion of the whole dissertation by an external expert and is a decisive step on the path to submission and defence of the thesis.
