Additional lecture material on Geometric Ray Theory is added to the Syllabus.

The obligatory assignment on reflection & transmission coefficients is posted. Reports should be delivered latest Monday, 3.11.2008.

There will be no lecture/exercise in week 42 (13.-19.10.).

The teaching hours have been changed, and the new times are as follows:

• Monday 8:15 -10:00, room 219 Geologibygningen
• Tuesday 8:15 -10:00, room 219 Geologibygningen
• Friday 8:15 -10:00, room 219 Geologibygningen

First lecture is on Friday 29th August.

An information meeting will be held in room 228 (office of Øyvind Pettersen) on Monday 25th August at 10:00.
