SPARK Norway Educational Forum: Patenting and Trademarks

SPARK Norway Educational Forum are monthly open meetings organized by UiO:Life Science and SPARK Norway partners.

Intellectual property (IP) can represent the core value of many companies in medtech, digital health and life sciences.  Ensuring the value is properly captured as the company grows is key to success.

This talk will introduce the concept of creating an IP roadmap that supports the business plan, which can be used to help plan and guide the IP strategy going forward, as well as help improve engagement with investors.

  • How to draw up an IP roadmap to support a business plan
  • How to use IP to gain investment

    A broad coverage in different technical areas, including life sciences, chemistry & pharmaceuticals, electronics, software, devices, legal agreements, including licensing, R&D and collaborations will be provided.
