If you wish to use extra time to rest or breastfeed during the exam, contact an invigilator when you are ready to use your extra time.  Silurveien has private rooms that can be used for rest/breastfeeding.

How do I know how much time I have used?

For digital exams in Inspera your exam will be set on pause while you are using your extra time to rest or breastfeed. The time you use will be automatically added when your exam is started again.
