  • 2.2: pages 134-153 (omit mapping telescope, Ex. 2.38, Ex. 2.39, Ex. 2.48 and homology with coefficients),

  • 2.A: pages 166-167,
  • 2.B: pages 169-172 (omit Ex. 2B.2).
