The following material  im Zuur et al.:  Chapter 5: sections 5.1-5.9, chapter 6: section 6.1, chapter 13: sections 13.1, 13.2.1, 13.2.1.1, 13.2.3 and 13.3.

 

The problems discussed in the course and the two mandatory requirements will also be part of the syllabus.
