The oral exam will take place Thursday the 3rd of December 2009. The students will first give a presentation of their tutorial number II, using their own powerpoint slides, lasting + - 15 minutes. Then, each candidate will pull two question numbers, and will answer those questions. The answer to one question is expected to be complementary, and will take + - 10 minutes. The predefined questions are to the left, under exam.

For Tuesday the 20th of October, exercise on pull-in and exercise on doubly clamped beam.

First compulsory exercise must be delivered this week! Second compulsory exercise is now under "exercises", left.

Tomorrow Tuesday the 6th of October, there will be a presentation of SINTEF MiNaLab and a guided tour of the lab. Meet outside MiNaLab at 0915 sharp. Week 41 (6th of October) the SINTEF visit will be arranged. Meet at MiNaLab (link with map in fall plan) at 09:15.

Week 39 (20th of September) there will be no lecture

The fall plan has been updated! Important: Tuesday the 15th of September the lecture starts at 11:15, Tuesday the 22. of September no lecture!

Tuesday the 15th of September 2009 Akbar Ali Kahn will demonstrate download, license setup and start / initial use of CoventorWare after the lecture!

Tomorrow (11.15 in Ø364) we will analyze a capacitive accelerometer (2.3 and chapter 19). We will rely on material on beam bending (9.3), capacitance (6.3) and dynamics (chapter 7).
