Here are a few words about what I have actually covered in the lectures (as opposed to what you find in the plan for the lectures!):
August 20: Covered the notes on linear programming up to and including Farkas' Lemma.
August 24: Proved the duality theorem for linear programming as in the notes. Covered section 1.1 in the book and started 1.2.
August 27: Completed section 1.2 in the book, but proved (1.9) as in the notes on linear programming (page 9: The second LP model).
August 31: Went through section 1.3, but proved the main result (1.16) as in the notes (page 8: The first LP-model).
September 3: Covered section 1.4 and section 1.5 up to and including the important result (1.23).
September 7: Covered the remaining parts of 1.5 (followed the notes on pricing unattainable claims and not the textbook).
September 10: Covered sections 1.6 and 2.1.
September 14: Lectured on section 2.2.
September 17: Only one hour of lecture. I covered section 2.3 up to (but not including) 2.21.
September 21: Only problem solving this Friday.
September 24: I finished section 2.3 and covered section 2.4. I did the main argument in 2.4 slightly different from the book, see these notes for details.
September 28: Covered the first part of section 2.5. Will start with 2.49 and then do an example next time.
October 1: Completed section 2.5.
October 5: Covered section 2.6.
October 8: Covered section 2.7 and just started section 3.1.
October 12: Continued section 3.1. Tried to explain partitions and algebras.
October 15. Covered the rest of section 3.1 and all of 3.2 except dividend processes.
October 19: Lectured on section 3.3. I have decided to skip dividend processes for the time being.
October 22: Covered Section 3.4 and started 3.5. The last thing I proved was the formula for q on top of page 104, but I skipped some of the other formulas on my way there.
October 26: Completed section 3.5, spending most of the time on the reflection argument.
October 29: Lectured on section 4.1.
November 2: Covered section 4.2 and started 4.3 (up to an including (4.5)).
November 5: Completed section 4.3.
November 9: Lectured on section 4.4.
November 12: Lectured on section 4.5 up to and includíng (4.22) and covered sections 5.1 and 5.2. The rest of section 4.5 will not be tested on the exam.
November 16: Today I lectured on section 5.3. Monday's lecture on section 5.4 will be the last on new material.
November 19: I finished the curriculum by lecturing on section 5.4
