The U.S.-Norway Fulbright Foundation for Educational Exchange has a scholarship program for graduate students from the U.S. The Fulbright U.S. Student Program also offers English Teaching Assistantship (ETA) awards.
How to apply
Students interested in studying at The University of Oslo (UiO) with a Fulbright scholarship should contact the relevant department directly to obtain a letter of invitation before they apply for the scholarship.
Students who wish to enrol in a full degree programme with the Fulbright scholarship must apply to the programme within the given deadlines.

The U.S. - Norway Fulbright Foundation will notify the Office for Admissions and Student Exchange at the University of Oslo about which candidates are offered the scholarship. These students will be registered at UiO as bilateral students.
Fulbright students at the University of Oslo may follow most courses at master and Ph.D. level.
