Erasmus+ students must contact their Faculty Information Centre to have the certificate arrival / confirmation of stay signed.
You may use the certificates from your home institution. If your home university has not issued you with a document, you may use the UiO document: Confirmation of Erasmus+ Exchange period (pdf)
Please note:
- The start date should be the first day that the student needs to be present at the receiving organisation (first course/first day at work/first day of welcoming event or language and intercultural courses).
- The end date should be the last day the student needs to be present at the receiving organisation (last day of the exam period/course/work/mandatory sitting period).
- You are responsible yourself for returning the signed document(s) to your home university.

Scanning your document
If you want to send your document by e-mail to your home university you may use one of the scanners available at the University Library or at the some of the faculties.
