Certificate of arrival / Confirmation of Erasmus+ exchange
You can ask staff members at the Faculty Information Centre for help to sign the document.
If your home university has not issued you with a Certificate you may use this document: Confirmation of Erasmus+ Exchange Period (pdf)
The start date is defined as: The first day the student needs to be present at the receiving organisation for academic reasons (e.g. first course/first day at work, welcoming event organised by the host institution, language and intercultural training etc…).
The end date is defined as: The last day the student needs to be present at the receiving organisation for academic reasons (e.g. end of exam period/course/work/mandatory sitting period...).
- You are responsible yourself for returning the signed document(s) to your home university by post or by e-mail.
Scanning your document
- If you want to send your document by e-mail to your home university you may use one of the scanners available at the University Library or at the some of the faculties.
- The scanners are free of charge.
- You need your username and password to gain access.
