Delivery of project and exam

Just a reminder that the project is due Wednesday night. It should be delivered in Devilry. Remember to sign the paper with your number (the candidate number you can find in StudentWeb) instead of your name. The code can be attached as a ZIP file. Some have asked if they could deliver just a link to a GitHub repository. For me this is fine (but its not so anonymous). If you want to do this then atleast remember to add the link to this as a comment in Devilry and not add it to the report (to ensure atleast this one is anonymous). We anyway just look over the code in the very end to see that all is done correctly. If you have any final questions then I'll be in ITA today and tomorrow (just send me an email if there is anything).

Once you are done you should practice for the exam. See the course review for a quick review of the whole course together with some practice problems. The full list of old exam problems can be found here. The final exam will have 5 problems so you will have roughly 50min to complete each problem.

Problem 1 (24%) contains 8 background questions. Here you are expected to give brief answer (2-3 sentences maximum).

Problem 2 (20%) has 4 project related questions (together with a bonus question for extra points). You will answer questions about figures from the project and do some small calculations and explain some of the underlying physics.

Problem 3 (16%). This will be a problem from M1 (Background evolution) or M2 (Recombination).

Problem 4 (20%). This will be a problem from M3 (Perturbations). You can here choose between two different problems so make sure you quickly read through the two problems and pick the one you think you can answer best.

Problem 5 (20%). This will be a problem from M4 (From perturbations to observables).

The last three problems will consist of showing you can do some of the small calculations we did in the lectures and then explain the underlying physics.
