Sonair is a deep-tech startup that has grown out of the strong ultrasound community in Oslo, including SINTEF and the University of Oslo. We are revolutionizing the robotics industry with ADAR (Acoustic Detection and Ranging) - a groundbreaking 3D ultrasound sensor that enables autonomous mobile robots (AMR) to "hear" obstacles in 3D around them. Our sensor uses advanced pMUT sensors (MEMS) and real-time signal processing to detect objects, including challenging objects such as transparent glass walls, with a field of view of up to 180° x 180°. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the world's first safety-certified 3D ultrasound sensor at one of Norway's most exciting technology companies!
