Removal of customer accounts in Epay
As of 23 October 2018, all external user accounts in Epay are removed. The contact information form must therefor be entered manually for all new purchases.
As of 23 October 2018, it will no longer be possible to log in to Epay for external customers in order to view order history and to get the contact information form pre-filled. All user accounts with username, password and contact information are removed.
This has been done as a security improvement. Students and employees at the University of Oslo may still log in to get the contact information form pre-filled during the purchasing process.
