Programme structure

In the programme option Environmental geoscience, you will take mandatory and recommended courses the first semesters. The courses are a total of 60 ECTS credits. You start with the Master's thesis in the second or third semester, depending on your selection of courses.

The course of study you follow depends on whether or not you have a background in geosciences. If you do not have a background in geosciences you will be required to take 20 ECTS of specialized courses in geosciences as part of the Master’s study.
