Corrected links in exercises for week 39

Dear all, the missing links in the exercises for week 39 have now been correcting. They were pointing to an older GitHub address. Please let us know if you spot errors, inconsistencies, missing links etc and we will upgrade asap. For those of you who do a git pull regularly, please update with git pull. The lecture notes have also been changed with some additional material in section 4.7 on stochastic gradient descent. These lecture notes are updated on a weekly basis. Furthermore, I was able to resolve a GitHub problem concerning the display of the jupyter-book of the lecture material. If you prefer a jupyter-book instead of using the PDF file for the Lectures, feel free to use the link https://educationalmaterialuio.github.io/MachineLearningUiO/doc/LectureNotes/_build/html/intro.html

Many find it easier to navigate the teaching material using a jupyter-book.
