Hei og vel overstått eksamen! 

Jeg skal ha en evaluering av kurset og har avtalt med to sporty studenter som vil stille opp og si sin ærlige mening om FYS4250. Det er plass til flere, så hvis det er noen av dere som har lyst/tid/anledning til å være med å gi tilbakemeldinger skjer det førstkommende fredag (07/12) klokken 12.30 på rom V139. :-)

I've been told that what I've called candidatenumber in fact is the studentnumber (Sorry!). Try that and see if it makes things more clear. If not, please send me an email.

I have heard from some of you that you do not recognize your candidate number from the list!? I have used the numbers I got from the institute, but if you do not recognize your number, please do not hesitate to contact me and get information about your number and your date and time for the exam!

with your candidate number, and he will return your result with a short explanation.

I have been instructed to meet the regulatory authorities on wednesday, and will finish at 10 o'clock so I might be delayed for the lecture at 10.15. Should be there before 10.30 at least.

I'm sorry, but I can be locked up if i don't meet them.

The final exam (oral) will be held in the end of November. Send me an email and tell me which date you prefer (1st and 2nd choice):

There has been a switch between lecture 9 and 11 in the time schedule for some reason, so the time schedule has been updated.

The special lecture with Fred-Johan Pettersen (Topic: Everything you need to know about the operational amplifier) will be held on MONDAY 17.09 from 09.15 to 11.00 in room Ø279.

This lecture was very popular last year, and I recommend it for all of you who is not familiar with the operational amplifier.

I am trying to learn Canvas now, but I don't have very much time to spend on it so don't hold your breath....

It's a pleasure to welcome you all to the first lecture in FYS 4250, wednesday the 29.08.2017 at 10.15 in Kristian Birkelands auditorium at the Department of physics! 

Some of you have asked about the text book, and we will use John. G. Webster Medical Instrumentation: 4th edition together with compendiums that I will distribute as we go through the curriculum.

More information will follow in the first lecture, I'm looking forward to meeting you.
