I am delighted to have you for a journey into the fascinating intersection of medicine and technology. Throughout this course, you will explore how physics, scientific innovation, engineering, and medicine are combined to improve the lives of ill people and shape the future of medicine.

Whether your interests lie in physics, medical technology, electronics, or medicine, I hope this course will inspire you to consider a future career in this rapidly evolving field. Applying your knowledge to improve the lives of patients is a powerful motivation.  

The first lecture will take place on Monday, August 17, 2026, at 08:00 in Kristian Birkelands Auditorium.
