Tim will have a Q&A session to clear up uncertainties before the exam. Friday 5/6 at 14:00 in the theory section lunch area (4. floor east wing). 

This is your last chance to get help before the exam, so collect all remaining questions and come to get the answers!

The last lecture will be Monday 11/5 (8:15-10 as usual). The last problem session will be Tuesday 12/5. 

The lecture on Thursday 19/2 is cancelled. We will cover the planned material the week after. 

Welcome to General Relativity (FYS4160) spring 2026. The lectures will start on Monday 19/1 (at 8:15 in the morning, so better get up early). Note that we will start the problem solving class the same week (Tuesday 20/1 at 14:15). Some exercises to help you recall some relevant background is posted on this page together with relevant information on the course.
