- At certain hours there may be many people calling, making waiting times longer. We therefore recommend that you start a chat or send us an email if you require help.
- Our desk at Kristen Nygaards hus is closed for the time being. It is possible to make an appointment to meet an operator if required.
- Our desk at Georg Sverdrups hus (the university library) is closed for the foreseeable future.
- We now offer Zoom sessions if you have IT problems not easily solved by other means. Read more about booking a session here.
