As of 1 January 2023, the UiO IT helpdesk will become IT Help. IT Help is the single point of contact for all IT support at UiO. All students and employees may contact us if they have questions or problems with IT services at UiO, regardless of faculty or unit.
Opening Hours
IT Help will be closed on Friday, 19 April, due to staff training and run-throughs of the ARK survey.
Telephone, chat, bookings, and all helpdesks will be closed in this period. We ask that all enquiries be sent to our email. We will aim to respond to all emails within the following days.
Urgent email cases will be handled on the day. Requestors may be contacted by us over the phone.
