Content of the action plan
The plan provides an overview of HSE activities for the current year where assistance is requested from OHSU, with a time estimate and responsible and contact persons both at OHSU and at the local unit.

The contact person's tasks
- Tasks in connection with the annual action plan
- Attend meetings with faculty/museum/center
- Check out assignments that are in the action plan
- If necessary, adjust schedules and activities throughout the year
- Other tasks
- Be in contact the unit's contact person
- Attend at least two LAMU meetings and any other HSE forums/committees
- Have overall responsibility for reporting on the action plan
- Have an evaluation of delivered services and collaboration
- Assist/advise especially in connection with systematic HSE work (risk assessment, safety rounds, etc.)
- Coordinate internal resources at OHSU in relation to the assignments
