The background for the new pages is, among other things, the need to tidy up extensive content and the wish to strengthen the quality of – and trust in – the information provided. The new solution will have a clearer structure, a reduced volume of content, and more explicit principles for what should be published. Taken together, this will make it easier for staff to find the information they need to do their jobs.
In the new version, “For employees” will be developed more clearly as a shared information channel for all staff and larger target groups. At the same time, other content – such as information about areas of work and meeting materials – will be moved to more suitable systems. The work also involves clearer editorial guidelines and better interaction between central and local content.
The transition to the new pages will take place gradually during 2026, with launch planned for November. During this period, existing content will be reviewed and updated in close collaboration with the units.
