The University of Oslo uses WebSak as its central system for case management and archiving. In addition, case officers and managers have read-only access to historical material from ePhorte (2008–2024) and Elements (2025–2026).

Archiving Responsibilities at UiO
The Section for Electronic Records Management and Archiving (eSak) owns and manages the WebSak system and
- supports, guides, and trains staff in records management and archiving
- develops and maintains standard archiving processes at UiO
- ensures compliance with external archival requirements and regulations
