The summer activities day is an annual event organised by the University of Oslo company sports team (UiOBIL), open to all employees of UiO.
Participation must be approved by your immediate supervisor.
Activities offered this year include:
- Biking from Stryken to Oslo
- Rail trails: Trek around a disused railroad line
- Guided tour of the Botanical Garden
- Climbing with guide at Høyt & Lavt Climbing Park, Tryvann
- Hiking in the Nordmarka forest

"Bike to UiO" 2023 campaign
UiOBIL also invites all UiO employees to register for the 2023 "Bike to UiO" campaign. All bike rides to and from work count, and other kinds of physical activity lasting for 30 minutes or more can also be registered.
