Obtain approval for all projects dealing with personal data:
- Health projects need Internal pre-approval and then apply to REC and SIKT.
- Other projects apply to SIKT only.
All projects must make a plan for data management.
All PSI research projects are to be registered in Forskpro.
Student projects follow the same procedures as other research projects.
PhD projects follow the same procedures as other research projects.
Necessary collaboration agreements/contracts must be signed for all projects involving PSI.
Recruitment through social media
Specific procedures apply for advertising in social media.
PSI has a procedure for requesting temporary access to our IT-resources for external contributors when needed.
Extended stays abroad (more than 4 weeks)
Travels lasting more than 4 weeks must be approved by the management.
