The research groups that constitute the Centre for Materials Science and Nanotechnology are spread across several buildings. The Structure Physics group reside in Oslo Science Park (Forskningsparken), Gaustadalléen 21, 0349 Oslo. If you arrive by metro, you can find us close to either the Forskningsparken or Blindern stops (the large blue Ts on the map). These are serviced by metro routes 4 Vestli via Storo, 5 Ringen via Storo and 5 Sognsvann. You can also reach us by tram, using route 17 Rikshospitalet or 18 Rikshospitalet and disembarking at the Forskningsparken stop.
Once you arrive at Oslo Science Park, enter the main entrance, go down the large stairs in front of you and turn right. Look for the door labelled SMN/Fermio, and you will usually find Sigrid, the research advisor, in the first office. Come and say hello! In the building are also two canteens, a bakery and secure bicycle parking.
