Rights and Duties
A research fellow, as an employee, shall adhere to the department as their workplace and to the general regulations governing working life, such as working hours, holidays, leave, and salary
Funds for research trips:
- Ph.D. and postdoctoral fellows can apply for support for one long research trip.
- Application deadlines: December 1 and June 1.

- The arrangement applies to fellows for whom HF has employer responsibility
- Fellows may be offered a 12 or 6-month completion grant
- The dissertation must be submitted within 3 years or 3 ½ years from the start of the fellowship period
