Enter your normal working hours

In your Outlook calendar, you can specify your normal working hours, so that others know when you are available for meetings. This is especially useful if you are not working full time, or works from your home office certain days.

1. Open your calendar.

2. Open the File menu i the upper left corner, og select Options.

3. Select Calendar from the column to the left of the screen. Under Work time, enter your normal working hours.
