Dear Colleague, I am writing to you after my office has conducted a review of our portfolio of international agreements. We have found that our students have not taken advantage of the agreement between our universities, which is extremely regrettable. It is now the case that due to portfolio regulations we will unfortunately not be allowed to renew this agreement as it is for all intents and purposes not in use. I am very saddened about this and would like to emphasise that we would like to maintain our good relationship regardless of this issue, and perhaps, if you are amenable to this, talk of another agreement if or when anything should change. I have attached a copy of the agreement for your reference. Lastly, I want to thank you for your cooperation throughout the years of this agreement. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you.
