As a researcher, you become a specialist in your field and you gain a lot of theoretical knowledge about the topic of your research. But remember that your competence consists of more than specialist knowledge. In this workshop you will learn how to start with your own competence mapping.
You will get tools to become aware of:
- Transferable skills you get from being a researcher
- Your strengths and personal characteristics
- Results you have achieved and how to put them into words
Kick-start your own competence mapping together with other researchers, so that you are well prepared for your next job change.
The workshop lasts for 3 hours. Lunch will be served.

The course language is English.
Registration
The workshop is open to postdocs at the Faculty of Educational Sciences. The number of participants is limited to 10 people.
If you sign up for the workshop, you commit to participate or to give notice at the latest 24 hours before the workshop if you are unable to join.
